Returns Settings Page
- Check out the new simplified return settings to ensure your preferences are locked in.
Missing Shipments in Client Batch
- If there are any missing shipments in a client batch that you’ve dropped off at a Chit Chats location or drop spot, you will now receive automatic notifications in your dashboard along with an email.
Referral Program
- The promotional period for our Referral Program ended on September 15. However, you still have access to our original program.
Location and Branch Updates
Happy Hippo Drop Spot
- Our Happy Hippo Drop Spot in AB adjusted its pickup schedule, resulting in new cut-off times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 pm.
Ottawa Drop Spot
- The Ottawa Drop Spot has relocated to Vars, ON, about 20 minutes from the previous location. For more details, please refer to our location update.
Service Updates
Chit Chats Select
- Our Chit Chats Select service changed providers early last month in order to bring you improved delivery times.
USPS
- From October 6 to January 19, USPS will implement peak surcharges. For more information, please visit our previous blog post.
- Some Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) warehouses are rejecting USPS deliveries. This issue is under investigation by USPS and is not caused by USPS or Chit Chats. Please refer to our blog for a list of affected warehouses and the latest updates on the situation.
Chit Chats US Slim
- We introduced our new lettermail service, Chit Chats US Slim! This non-machinable lettermail option allows you to send jewelry and other lightweight items at a lower cost to the U.S.!
Bug Fixes
- Resolved: There was an issue that prevented purchase of Chit Chats Select postage.
- Resolved: There was a timeout error that prevented the purchase of Chit Chats Edge and USPS Priority postage.
