New Drop Spot in Red Deer, Alberta

Starting Thursday, September 5, the cut-off times at the drop spot in Red Deer will be changed to 12 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Given the recent changes within our branch network, we’ve been working diligently to provide additional services in the Alberta region.
Therefore, we are excited to announce a new drop spot in Red Deer with our partner, Happy Hippo Bath Company.
Starting Monday May 27th, you can visit this drop spot for your shipments to be processed by Chit Chats. Please note that drop spots differ from branches as your shipments must be fully prepared. Learn more below.

Using Chit Chats Drop Spots
Using a Chit Chats drop spot for the first time? Our drop spots differ slightly from our branches.
- All packages must be ready to ship and pre-labelled.
- There are no access fees at this drop spot.
- Preferably with a batch label, you must consolidate your shipments into one container/box to help keep them organized.
- Packages dropped off at this drop spot will be processed by Chit Chats on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cut-off time is 12 pm.
- Packages dropped off before 12 pm Tuesday will be processed by Chit Chats Tuesday
- Packages dropped off after 12 pm Tuesday will be processed by Chit Chats Thursday
- If you are using postage from another provider be sure to enter your tracking numbers to avoid delays with your shipments.
