While these rate changes traditionally take effect in early January, they may also be influenced by shifts and fluctuations within the logistics industry, allowing for adjustments based on the evolving landscape. USPS typically follows a bi-annual rate increase along with holiday surcharges.

Please note that the following represent an overall percentage increase. Individual shipments may experience varying increases, with some increasing by more and others by less. These percentages reflect the overall average increase for the service.

USPS

  • Effective January 19, 2025, USPS will update their pricing.
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2.2% increase.
    • Chit Chats U.S. Edge: 4.5% increase
    • USPS Media Mail: 9.86% increase
    • USPS Priority Mail Express: 3.2% increase

Chit Chats U.S. Select

  • Like USPS, increases will happen January 19, 2025. Rates will increase by 4.5%.

Chit Chats Select

  • Starting April 2, 2025, our partner carrier will implement its annual rate adjustments. To align with these changes, we will be updating our regional pricing and zone structure.
    • Shipping rates will increase to some areas due to higher carrier costs.
    • Some regions will see lower rates under the new zone structure.
  • Because rates vary by location, we’re unable to provide a set percentage for these changes. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to offer the most competitive pricing possible.
