This year, we observe Thanksgiving on Monday, October 9, 2023. As we close our doors for the statutory holiday, we are reflecting on the things that we are truly grateful for, including you, our amazing clients who inspire us everyday!
Please note that October 9th also coincides with the American postal holiday, Columbus Day. As a result, there might be a slight delay in the updates to your tracking. To help you prepare, please find our hours of operation below.
Friday, October 6
- All locations are open with regular hours

Processing Notes:
- Quebec: Chit Chats International Tracked shipments received Friday will be processed Tuesday
- Atlantic Canada: All shipments received Thursday and Friday will be processed Tuesday
- All other regions:
- U.S. shipments received Friday will be processed Saturday
- Canadian shipments received Friday will be processed Tuesday

- Regular Saturday and Sunday hours
- Regular drop spot hours
