We’re excited to share that our Burlington Hub Branch is moving to a new location! Starting July 20, visit the new location just a 11 minute walk from our current address.
New address:

The hours of operation will be modified upon the move:
- Mon-Fri: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
Key Dates to Remember:
- July 19 : Last day to drop off shipments at our current location
- July 20 : Opening day at our new location

Starting Wed, July 1 until Mon, July 13, our drop spot partner Niagara Coin and Collectibles will be temporarily closed.
If you drop off at this drop spot location, consider the following during the closure:
- Chit Chats SmartDrop as a drop-off alternative
- Discounted Canpar pickups or your preferred courier of choice, or
- Hold onto your shipments until the location reopens on Tue, July 14.
Regular pickup operations will resume on July 14.

Dropping off your shipments at our Markham branch? We have 3 designated parking spaces for our clients located right in front of our entrance.
Visiting our Vaughan branch? Please park in the designated parking spaces for Chit Chats. There are 5 spaces allocated to our clients located in front of our branch. Thank you for your cooperation!
If you are unable to visit a branch, here are some alternatives for getting your shipments to us:
- Schedule a Canpar courier pickup from your Chit Chats account
- Consolidate your shipments and mail them into a branch using a shipping carrier of your choice
- Print postage at home using a standard desktop printer, ZPL thermal printer or a non-ZPL thermal printer.
