New Features & Updates

Preset Automation: Increased Rule Limit

  • You can now create up to 100 rules in Preset Automation, double the previous limit of 50!

Product Automation: Updated Feature Page

Track Your Chit Chats Insurance Claim Status

  • You can now view the status of your Chit Chats Insurance claims directly in your shipment’s tracking history!

Importing Unpaid Shopify Orders

  • If you use a Shopify integration, you can now import pending or unpaid orders directly into the Chit Chats platform.
    • To use this feature, simply enable the option in your Sales Channel settings. For more information, see our updated support article.

Searchable Province Dropdown for Manufacturer Information

  • Finding the right province is now easier! The province dropdown menu in the Manufacturer Information section is now searchable, helping you quickly find and select the province you need.
    • We’ve also added Chinese provinces to the dropdown for goods manufactured in China.

Service Updates

Domestic Shipping

  • Chit Chats Select now offers Signature Confirmation for an additional $2.50 CAD, giving you added peace of mind when you need confirmation that your shipment was received.

U.S. Shipping

International Shipping

  • Germany has postponed the implementation of its IOSS requirement for all shipments until October 31. Learn more

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: Error messages were sometimes persisting after clients corrected shipments that exceeded the weight or size limits for U.S. Courier postage. This issue has now been resolved.
  • Resolved: Fixed an issue that was preventing the shipping calculator from functioning properly on certain pages.
  • Resolved: Resolved an issue that allowed U.S. Courier postage to be purchased for shipments addressed to PO boxes. U.S. Courier is not available for PO box addresses.
