New Features & Updates

New Return Pickup Option: Bedford Branch (Atlantic Canada)

  • The Bedford branch in Nova Scotia is now available as a return pickup location. If this option interests you, please update your return settings accordingly.

Tariff Breakdown

  • When shipping to the U.S., the platform will now provide a detailed breakdown showing which categories contribute to the overall tariff cost.

Total Shipment Count: Mail-in Page

  • When mailing in shipments, you’ll now see a shipment count for each batch, making it easier to track the total number of shipments submitted.

Product Automation Feature

  • We’ve launched a new feature called Product Automation. This all-in-one tool helps eliminate repetitive manual shipment creation and consolidates line-item automation into a single workflow. Learn more in our blog to see if this feature is right for you.

Chit Chats International Tracked Disclaimer

  • To improve clarity, we’ve updated the disclaimer related to returns for Chit Chats International Tracked shipments.

Section 232 Declaration

  • For shipments subject to Section 232 tariffs, the platform now requires users to enter the percentage value of applicable metallic materials (iron, copper, steel, and aluminum).

Service Updates

U.S. Tariffs

  • The United States government has updated the structure of U.S. tariffs and is now using a new tariff category, Section 122, to replace the previously applied reciprocal tariffs under IEEPA, which have since been deemed unlawful.

Location and Branch Updates

  • Atlantic Canada:
    • Our Bedford branch in Nova Scotia has expanded its operating hours to better accommodate clients. View the full schedule here.
  • Ontario:
    • Starting February 20, we made the difficult decision to close our East York branch to improve overall service. If this branch was selected for your returns, please ensure your return settings are updated, as they will temporarily default to the Burlington hub branch.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: There were issues relating to Shopify Integration.
  • Resolved: Removed the “Generate Return Label” option for Chit Chats Slim shipments as this option does not support return labels. 
  • Resolved: Shipment item weight is now imported for Etsy integrations. 
  • Resolved: Downloaded PDF labels will now display in a 4 × 6 format when this size is selected in the print settings.
