Chit Chats Printer App
- We’re excited to introduce the Chit Chats Printer App! If you’re unable to use QZ Tray for label printing or have been using a workaround, we now have a solution just for you!
- Benefits include:
- Support Mac computers with printers not compatible with QZ Tray
- Print over 100+ orders at a time
Export Shipment Data

- You are now able to add shipments to a batch while using a label scanner, find instructions here.

Branch Closures
- We’ve unfortunately announced the closure of 13 branches between the end of April and mid-May; we are committed to assisting affected clients with any concerns or needs they may have during this transition.

Bug Fixes
- Resolved: Chit Chats U.S. Edge was showing as an option for international destinations.
- Resolved: Shopify users who enabled the “tip” functionality were unable to import onto Chit Chats
- Pending: We’re currently investigating an issue where some refunds are being rejected even when requested within the applicable time period.
