Access new drop spots in Kitchener, London & Edmonton starting Thu, May 9

With our recent announcement, we’ve been working hard to secure drop spots to help you get your shipments to Chit Chats. 

We are happy to share with you that you can access these new locations starting this week. Get ready to drop off your Chit Chats packages at 3 new drop spot locations. 

Starting Thursday, May 9 you can visit any of these drop spots to get your shipments to us. Drop spots work a little differently than a branch as your shipments must be ready to ship. Find all the details below.

Intelcom Kitchener

  • 275 Gage Avenue, Unit 1
  • Kitchener, ON
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm to 6pm
  • Client Access; ring the doorbell at the door to the left of the Intelcom Garage Door

Intelcom London

  • 1030 Adelaide Street S
  • London, ON. N6E 1R6
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm to 6pm
  • Client Access:
  • Upon arrival, continue straight through open gates
  • Intelcom is the last unit in the building
  • Proceed up the stairs, ring the doorbell

Intelcom Edmonton

  • 4175 95 Street NW
  • Edmonton, AB. T6N 5R6
  • Hours: Monday to Sunday 12pm to 6pm
  • Client Access at the rear of the building; ring the doorbell at the beige door

Using Chit Chats Drop Spots

Using a Chit Chats drop spot for the first time? Our drop spots differ slightly from our branches. 

  • All packages must be ready to ship and pre-labelled. 
  • There are no access fees at these drop spots.
  • Consolidate your shipments into one container/box to help keep them organized.
  • Packages dropped off at these drop spot locations will be processed by Chit Chats the following business day.
