Mac users with Apple Silicon chips who use the Chit Chats Printer App may see a warning message appear.
- Please note that you can continue using the Chit Chats Printer App as usual without any interruption. We are actively working on an updated version that will support future Apple Silicon updates and will be released at a later date.

Personal accounts now have access to Chit Chats Canada Tracked and Chit Chats Slim. If you do not see these postage options in your account, please contact our team so we can make the necessary adjustments.

When manually creating shipments, you can now switch between the Product Automation feature and the Shipment Item form using a new toggle. This allows for a quicker workflow without needing to navigate into User Settings.

We’ve made several platform improvements to better highlight that Chit Chats U.S. Connect packages must be dropped off at a Canada Post location or mailbox. We’ve also improved visibility of the available drop-off options directly within your dashboard.

Perfumes can be shipped to the U.S. and internationally; however, a limited quantity label and an MSDS sheet may be required. Please contact compliance@chitchats.com with your product details so our team can confirm eligibility before shipping.
Refunds for Chit Chats Insurance are not eligible if the shipment was purchased 30 days or more prior to the refund request, or if the shipment has already been received or processed by Chit Chats or our partner carrier.

Resolved: The issue causing delays between Chit Chats Tracking and USPS tracking updates has been resolved.
- Any shipments that may still be affected are currently being reviewed by our development team.
