This year the Civic Holiday falls on Monday, August 5. Don’t forget to plan ahead and advise your customers of any possible delays.
As the province of Quebec does not observe the holiday, our Montreal Hub will remain open with regular operating hours while all our other QC branches will close for the day. Branches located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, British Columbia and Ontario will also close to observe the holiday but will hold regular weekend hours leading up to the holiday.

- Quebec: Chit Chats International Tracked shipments received Friday will be processed Tuesday
- Atlantic Canada: All shipments received Thursday and Friday will be processed as normal on Monday

- Canadian shipments received Friday will be processed Tuesday
