New Features and Updates

Shipment Scanning Features

  • Scan a shipment label to search for it in your account
  • Scan a batch label to begin scanning shipments into it and make sorting and organizing a breeze.

Include an Email for your Recipients

  • Add an email in the recipient details for your shipment.
  • This helps our delivery partners get in touch if there is an issue with your shipment’s delivery
  • Email addresses are optional except in the case of Chit Chats Collect shipments which must have either an email or phone number for the recipient on file.

Other Improvements

  • You can now add a recipient email address to all of your shipments.
  • Added clarity to our prohibited items list in our Shipment Compliance Declaration.
  • Improved performance for removing shipments from batches.

Service Updates

Chit Chats Canada Select

  • Improved filtering for recipient addresses. Chit Chats Canada Select is not a postage option when you’ve entered an ineligible address
    • e.g. PO boxes or rural routes.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: Text overlapping on some US postage labels.
  • Resolved: Canpar pickups can only be scheduled for consolidated shipments within the 50 pound limit.
  • Resolved: We’ve updated error messaging and now prevent shipment creation for invalid HS codes.
