New Features and Updates
One Tree Planted
- We’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to give back to Mother Nature.
- Each Chit Chats Collect shipment you send will contribute one tree towards land restoration in New Brunswick.
Language Preference Settings
- Indicate your preferred default language in your Account Profile settings and we’ll tailor your experience to your selection.
More Changes
- Our tracking pages are now optimized for mobile view.
- We now send additional reminders to Chit Chats Collect recipients to schedule a pickup time.
- Clarifications that address suggestions are not confirmations. Please verify address information with your recipient directly before buying postage.

Service Updates
Three New US Services!
You now have three options for getting shipments to your customers in the U.S.
- Chit Chats US Select – Clients in Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Quebec can access our most economical US service.
- Chit Chats US Edge – Balance cost and speed with this exciting and brand new option.
- The familiar USPS Priority Mail is now available for added assurance for your shipments.
Enhancements for Customs Descriptions
- Declare each item in your international shipment with great detail thanks to our new feature for mandatory international customs descriptions.
- Provide quantity, a content description and retail value for each item in your package. HS codes and country of origin are optional fields that you can also include.
- If you’ve already connected your store to your Chit Chats account, there’s no change to your workflow!
Bug Fixes
- Resolved: Duplicate tracking numbers causing errors with tracking events
- Resolved: Our Shopify integration now imports orders that are still “in progress” in addition to those open for fulfillment.
