You can now import partially refunded orders from your connected Shopify store directly into your Chit Chats account. Learn how

You’ll now see a “CUSMA Expired” alert during the postage purchase process and in your shipment’s sidebar whenever an expired CUSMA certificate is detected.
- This reminder helps you identify expired certificates before purchasing postage, so you can take the necessary steps to keep your shipment information up to date.

You can now preview a sample shipping label when selecting your preferred SmartDrop option on your Chit Chats dashboard, giving you a better idea of what to expect before completing your purchase.

Canada Post is increasing its oversized parcel fee from $21 to $30.

Canada Post is introducing weekend deliveries to select postal codes in Montréal, Ottawa, and Toronto.

Shipping human hair extensions and wigs to the U.S.? These products are permitted, provided they are not produced using forced labour and meet applicable import requirements.
The estimated delivery timeframe for USPS Priority Mail is now 2–6 business days.

Shipping to the European Union? Several important changes have recently been introduced that may affect your shipments, including:
- Product Identifiers: Updated requirements for product information on EU-bound shipments.
- EU Handling Fees: Changes to handling fees for shipments entering the EU.
- Germany Shipping Restrictions: Temporary restrictions affecting shipments to Germany, including requirements for valid IOSS numbers.

Automatic refunds will no longer be issued for SmartDrop shipments. Instead, if your shipment is eligible for Chit Chats Insurance, you can submit an individual insurance claim after 30 days.
- This change allows eligible shipments to be reviewed through the insurance claims process.

Resolved: Chit Chats Select shipments now display the correct dimensional weight calculation on the platform.
