New Features & Updates
Country of Origin Pop-up
- A mandatory pop-up now appears upon signing in to remind you of the physical Country of Origin markings required on all products heading to the U.S.
New Upselling Tracking Feature
- There is now the New Upselling Tracking Feature! You can now showcase products on your public tracking page to drive additional sales. Visit the attached blog post for more information.
Manufacturer ID Logic
- The logic for generating Manufacturer IDs (MID) has been updated: the system will now extract the largest number on the first address line. For more details, refer to our support article.
Canadian Shipping Page
- The Canadian Shipping page has been updated to reflect the latest pricing, along with a few other minor improvements for clarity and ease of use.
Return Method Menu
- The return method options in the Return Settings have been updated to improve the client experience.

Printer Set-Up Page
- On our Printer Setup page, we’ve added a new Step 5 to assist clients using Dymo printers on Mac computers.
Account Registration: Email Verification
- Email verification is no longer required at the moment of account creation. Instead, it has been moved to the Onboarding Checklist after sign-up.
Manufacturer Information: Country
- There is now a “Country” field in the Manufacturer Details section that is tied to the “Country of Origin” field. This prevents the possibility of miss-matched Country of Origin and Manufacturer Details.


Service Updates
USPS Services to U.S. Territories
- USPS-based services (excluding U.S. Select) have resumed service to U.S. territories!
CARM Firm Requirement
- CARM registration is now a firm requirement for those who want Chit Chats to manage their U.S. returns.
- If you are affected, our team has already reached out to you.
Canada Post U.S. (CPUS) Services: Tracked Packet USA & Expedited Parcel USA
- You can now generate return labels for these services. Returns will route to our U.S. warehouse as usual. If marked Return to Sender, they’ll be redirected to the Canadian regional hub per the original return address.
- CPUS shipments from Ontario containing goods of Chinese origin (CN, HK, MO) are being returned by CBP. As a result, we temporarily suspended these services for such shipments from Ontario.
- Additionally, all CPUS shipments from Ontario are currently facing extended customs delays.
Delivery Assumed: Chit Chats Slim
- Chit Chats Slim shipments will now become “Delivery Assumed” in 10 days rather than the original 7 days.
New Countries: Chit Chats International Tracked
- Chit Chats International Tracked now ships to a lot more destinations! Visit our support article for a complete list.

Peterborough Drop Spot
- The Peterborough Drop Spot has relocated just 5 minutes away from its previous location.
- New Address: 280 Jameson Dr, Peterborough, ON K9J 6X6.

Bug Fixes
- Resolved: Issues related between switching languages while having shipments selected
- Resolved: Shipments becoming unselected after clicking “Done”
