This personalized tool helps small businesses like yours turn everyday shipment tracking into a smart marketing opportunity, driving traffic to your store and increasing the likelihood of repeat purchases.

Where to start?
To gain access to this feature, simply reach out to your local branch or contact our client support team at support@chitchats.com with your client id. Once the feature is enabled on your Chit Chats account, you can follow the steps below to activate the feature and start showcasing your products.
How do I access this feature?
Once you’ve been granted access to the feature, a Tracking section will appear in your Settings page. Click for a step-by-step guide.
1. On the Tracking Settings Page, you can add products by clicking the appropriate Add Branding button.

2. You’ll be prompted to fill in the relevant product details. You can feature up to three products to appear on the tracking pages of your shipments.
Note: There are dimensional and file size restrictions for images.

3. After adding your products, you’ll see them listed on the Tracking Page settings along with a preview of how they’ll appear to your customers.

And that’s it, your upsell display is ready to go!
