New Features and Updates

Set a Preferred Pickup Time

  • Schedule a pickup for your shipments when it suits your schedule with new fields for adding a Pickup Ready Time and a Pickup Closing Time.
  • Our pickup partner, Canpar, will do their best to schedule your pickup within this window.

More Changes

  • Clarified when choosing Chit Chats Canada Select that PO box and Rural Routes addresses are not accepted.
  • We’ll now save you an email when your referral commission is less than $5 CAD. You’ll still be able to find the details in your transaction history.

Service Updates

Chit Chats Canada Select

  • Save more on your larger and heavier Canadian shipments!
  • This service now accommodates a max weight of 65 pounds and max length of 40 inches.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: Lingering issues with displaying tracking events for Chit Chats International Tracked shipments
  • Resolved: Sender name is no longer duplicated on Chit Chats International Tracked postage labels.
  • Resolved: Chit Chats Insurance cannot be purchased for shipments marked as “Returned Goods” as these items are ineligible for insurance.
  • Resolved: Chit Chats International Tracked no longer displays for shipments missing itemized customs descriptions.
