In the recent year, we’ve seen rising costs and done our best to minimize this impact to you. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to restructure our operations which will result in closing some of our branches.
As business owners yourselves, you know just how tough a decision this is. It was made especially difficult knowing the impact it would have on you, our clients, and your customers. We recognize that this news is disappointing but we want to reassure you our team is available to provide you support through this transition.
We want to share that these changes are part of a larger plan to invest in the long-term sustainability of serving you and your customers. We strongly believe that challenges also present opportunities for growth and innovation. So even as we optimize our network, we are dedicated to enhancing our services to you.

Branches Closing
The following branches will close on Wed, May 15. This is the last day shipments can be dropped off at these locations:

- Schedule a pickup with Canpar. We’ve partnered with Canpar to provide discounted rates to get your shipments picked up and delivered to our Richmond hub branch. Learn more about this option here.

Update Your Settings
Managing Your Return Shipments
If you have any outstanding return shipments, please make sure to pick them up by the last day at your branch. Any shipments not claimed by the branch closing date will be redirected to the Richmond hub branch.
For future returns, please take a moment to update your return preferences so we know how you’d like us to process them. Options include picking up at an alternate branch or receiving them by mail. Learn about your return options here>>

If you are unable to visit a branch, here are some alternatives available for getting your shipments to us:
- Schedule a Canpar courier pickup from your Chit Chats account
- Consolidate your shipments and mail them into a branch using a shipping carrier of your choice
- Print postage at home using a standard desktop printer, ZPL thermal printer or a non-ZPL thermal printer.
