As part of our ongoing mission to expand our reach across Canada, we’re excited to introduce U.S. Connect: a new service designed specifically for clients who don’t live near a Chit Chats branch or drop spot. Now, no matter where you’re located, you can access our affordable U.S. shipping rates with added convenience.

Ship from Anywhere in Canada

With Chit Chats U.S. Connect, you can simply drop off your shipments at your nearest Canada Post location, no need to travel to a Chit Chats branch. Even better, there’s no extra fee for using this option, making it easier than ever to get your packages moving across the border.

Simply create U.S. Connect postage in your free Chit Chats account then drop off the shipment at your nearest Canada Post location. 

Once dropped off at Canada Post, shipments are routed to Chit Chats, where they are processed and then transported across the border for final processing and delivery with USPS.

Important:

This service is not intended for clients who already have access to a Chit Chats branch or drop spot.

  • All other Chit Chats services must be dropped off at a Chit Chats location (branch or drop spot).
