Before the Package Arrives to Chit Chats
Before your package makes its way to Chit Chats, it all starts with a sale! If you’re new to selling on Whatnot and want to explore different listing options, check out our previous post for helpful tips. Once a buyer purchases your product, you’ll need to get it packed and shipped within two business days to stay in good standing.
Postage is easy – buyers pay for shipping when they buy from you on Whatnot. You can generate pre-paid labels directly through Whatnot seller hub and attach these labels to your packages before dropping them off at your nearest Chit Chats location!
After the Package Arrives to Chit Chats
The moment your package reaches a Chit Chats location, it receives a “Received” scan, confirming that it’s in our hands and ready for additional processing. This update is reflected in the tracking, keeping you, Whatnot, and your buyer informed every step of the way. From here, we handle the logistics to get your shipment moving quickly toward its final destination.
Depending on your shipment’s destination, your package may first make a stop at another Chit Chats location for further processing before being transferred to our partner carrier. Once in their hands, the carrier will transport your package to the nearest postal facility/depot, where it will be sorted and scheduled for delivery to your customer.
