Introducing Canada Post Tracked Packet USA

Looking for the ideal way to ship to the U.S. when your products are made in China or Hong Kong? We’ve got the solution for you.

With the recent changes to cross-border shipping we now offer you Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. This postage will allow you to ship to the U.S. specifically for items with the country of origin China/Hong Kong. 

Key Things To Know

This postage is considered DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and will charge any applicable customs duties and fees to the recipient at the time of delivery. Our team is still exploring solutions for DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) postage where the duties and fees are collected before your shipment crosses the border. We will continue to provide updates on our blog should we release this. 

This postage supports a maximum of 8 shipment line items – which simply means you can ship up to 8 different products inside a package. If there are 9 different items contained inside the package this postage type will not be available. 

For example if you sold the following items to the same customer you could use this service: 

  • 1 x enamel pin
  • 5 x plastic sticker 
  • 1 x phone case plastic 
  • 1 x tshirt womens cotton 
  • 1 x keychain silver 
  • 2 x baby cotton socks
  • 3 x baby cotton bib
  • 2 x baby hair ribbons 

but if the order also contained the item bolded below you will not see this postage type available. 

  • 3 x baby cotton onesie
