Easy to use. Tracked shipping that is MUCH cheaper than Canada Post. Easy to drop off. Friendly efficient staff at the drop off point and all shipments so far have been quick and safely delivered to USA, Canada, and European addresses. Recommended for online retailers especially those shipping to the USA.
i absolutely love chitchats and often use them to send gifts to my friends! i love that you can handle everything at home and all you have to do is drop the package off in one of the bins. the staff is always kind and willing to help you with everything you need, and not to mention, this location is super clean. the hours are the only thing that bothers me as i prefer to drop stuff off early in the morning, so the 1pm opening time is a little inconvenient
I have shipped out hundreds of packages in Canada and the States. They have the best rates, superb customer service. Out of the hundreds of packages I’ve shipped out, I’ve only had two issues but both were resolved fairly quickly. Happy that there’s a Scarborough branch and will continue to do business with them!
Excellent Service from Branch Lead. Soooo very helpful, courteous and always willing to explain what I should be doing and why and what will be happening. I come to drop of mail every couple of days. The attendants are super friendly and always greet me with a smile. I've had two great customer service situations which were totally my fault but the attendant took great care of me. One was I dropped a package off without any mailing address (and since it had my business label on it) the attendant returned my package to me next time he saw me. Second was on my way to the drop my 2 year old child decided it was a good idea to rip off the mailing label but when I arrived the same attendant offered to print a new label for me. Love this place!

I had an absolutely amazing experience after I dropped my packages off I got a call at 5:30 on the Friday before Christmas to let me know that my package as the postage I sent could result in my package being tied up in shipping for over a month he suggested an alternative option and did all the work to credit what I had done and reissue it. I am so impressed they absolutely went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much.
Nicole at Oshawa is always a pleasure and welcoming. Super helpful for all my questions and concerns, and goes the extra mile. A few times I've messed up my labels and she made sure it was corrected before they were shipped. Nicole is very friendly which makes the experience that much better! Fantastic customer service! I created a shipping label at home incorrectly, and within a minute of dropping off the package the employee called me to let me know. It was easy to go back, and the same employee helped me cancel and re-create a shipment so that I didn't have to repay or have any delay. Great experience all around!

Staff is very nice, and deserve 5*, and we like it here. The only problem is to get in using front heavy door closure which makes it hard when carrying many packages. A simple automatic handicap door opener would do good and help this business grow.
Not only is chit chats have the BEST s&h prices for U.S. shipments, but they are a cut above with service as well. I've made a number of small errors over the years that they've noticed that really could have caused problems. Just today, a gentleman named Lawrence saved me from what might have been a real problem right as the christmas rush started(he emailed me right away). They reach out, they are kind and thoughtful, and they've shown me that they're invested in my success. Me and chitchats are a team, and I'm very thankful to have found them.
Great experience with the staff there! They were really nice and helpful and answered any questions I had. Longer opening hours would be helpful or even half day on the weekend, the 11-6 is a bit tough.
Chit chat has enable me to offer affordable shipping rates to my customers. Downside I'd that the operating hours are not always the best and it's a 20 min drive to their nearest location but still worth it. This review is not for a specific location but overall experience

This courier service is fantastic. The staff are helpful, the place is organized and they are quick to respond on the phone. As a small business, I have literally saved thousands of dollars shipping to the USA with ChitChats instead of Canada Post, my shipments arrive much faster AND with tracking.

Great rates! Wish I had known about them years ago but better late then never. I'll never use Canada Post for any international shipping ever again. And many domestic ship rates are also much better and offer tracking on everything. Even better than the CP prepaid ship boxes. I have told many others about Chit chats as well.

Always easy to use, great user interface for both PC and mobile, much better rates than at Canada Post, particularly for shipments to the US. Customer service is also top notch, both at their GTA locations and in the call center - every time I had an issue, it was resolved quickly and with minimal fuss.

We have been using Chit Chats for many years and the company has always had great service along with competitive pricing. It's been great to watch the company grow adding locations all over to make it much more convenient for package drop offs. This location in Kitchener specifically has some of the friendliest staff I have come across. Two people specifically I just have to mention, first Lawrence. I came in rushed and unorganized and he gave me great tips to help be more efficient and I am extremely grateful for that. The second person is Devona, she treated me like we known eachother forever and even helped me tape up some packages together so I could get them in before close. She didn't make me feel rushed at all and I was very happy when leaving that they had such a devoted individual working the desk. Thank you so much guys definitely a five star and most definitely will be using this location for a long time.

Shipped over a hundred packages and the staff are super friendly. Had issues with ~5 packages where the tracking never updated the terminal status but a quick phone call fixed it. Cheapest carrier in Canada!
Always convenient, great location off hwy 401, and friendly team. The only suggestion I have is for that location and Chit Chats support team is to extend the store hours by 30mins due to Dufferin St is the worst congested street during rush hour.

I have zero complaints about the location, services, etc but the one star off is PLEASE be open later, even if it's just one day for an hour more. It's nearly impossible to drop something off here if you work a 9-5 job.
This shipping company is aimed for small business owners, but they also provide shipping for personal use. I don't own a business. I used them to ship a package to my daughter in the US. My package cost $7 less than Canada Post's rate. (Chit Chats charged $17 and Canada Post charged $24). It took 6 business days to go from Oakville, ON to Seattle, WA. The promised time frame was 4-8 business days. This is similar to how long it would take using Canada Post. Service was really friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that you pay by buying credits on your account, then you pay for your shipping using your account credits. I'd rather just pay in one step, so I deducted one star off my rating. But this is not a deal breaker. I would use Chit Chats again. Recommended.
Walked in today to mail off some packages, not knowing what to expect. Michelle was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and guided me through the whole process from start to finish! All shipment options come with tracking, and prices were much lower than Canada Post, particularly shipping to US. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

Chit Chats has really changed the game for operating a small business in Canada! Way better than Canadapost in terms of pricing and customer service, and actually allows us to keep some profits from our sales as shipping is reasonably priced. The North branch is really the best. Yolanda is SO SUPER HELPFUL, and helped me every time I had a question. The location is wonderfully accessible as well. Parking nearby, and close to other frequent stops that I have to make. It is actually convenient to drop packages off here in comparison to other locations in the city.

Absolutlety outstanding service and I highly reccomend Chit Chats for all of your small business shipping needs. The staff at the Oshawa location are wonderful and Nicole has gone out of her way (more than once) to help me. The shipping service is fast and rates are extremely reasonable. I also love that they offer international shipping at rates far below what other shipping companies charge. When I had a question, I called the Chit Chats help line and had immediate help. For the one claim I had to submit due to USPS loosing my package, the claim was filed seamlessly and paid out fast and I even got a helpful human on the phone when I called the claim company. Overall I am thankful that an unfortunate situation with another shipping company lead me to Chit Chats. Thanks guys! Oh and I just shipped from Oshawa to Los Angeles. The shipment arrived in Oshawa Friday afternoon and was delivered on Tuesday in LA. Amazing!

Super great prices for USA bound parcels.. Canada also! Better price than ups/DHL/Purolator/canadapost.. Use the website to register and pay for your package. Just have to drop it off just south of Clark dr and Venables.( Must pre pay)

I’d give ten out of five stars if I could!!! I had a problem figuring out how to make a shipment. It was definitely a “me” problem because I’m not good with computers. Phillip from the Nepean branch helped me with my many “me” issues. (The site is actually pretty easy to use, I was trying to figure out something new to me). He stayed on the phone and helped me figure everything out! He was so knowledgeable and kind and didn’t make me feel rushed, even though I admit I took up a lot of his time! This is the only shipping company I will use for anything going outside of Canada. They are also slightly cheaper for tracked in Canada as well

Definitely the cheapest shipping alternative to the US and Canada if you need a tracking number. If you do not need a tracking number Canada Post is still the cheaper option only withing Canada. International shipping Chitchats is still the cheapest option even with a tracking number.
I have been using chitchat for years now. I started out with the one by Queensborough (Richmond location) and moved to the surrey one until the finally open this one in coquitlam. Great team and always helpful with my packages

Thanks to Jair that waited for me when i came late to the shop and helped me to send my parcel very quick and efficiently.I was on the way to place,but timing was very tight so i called the store and asked if i can come slightly later and the guy agreed to wait for me,which i was really greatful about,it was an urgent shipping..Thank you again and ill be back soon:)

I have been to all of the locations in Montreal and the one in Laval before they opened this one. So glad to finally have a location close by. The lady that works there is super friendly and helpful. Never had an issue and the experience is always pleasant. Definitely recommended
My first drop off was not quite a success as I didn't do my due diligence on what I couldn't include in the packages (no snacks, oops!). But the woman working was SO helpful and even offered to assist me by going through my 18 packages and removing the candy from them. In my opinion this was definitely above and beyond what's required so I really valued her help. She was really friendly and provided awesome customer service. I would recommend using this location for drop offs as it's nice to know the staff is willing to help in any way they can.
For the shipments which paid online, Just drop and go. I really like it. Website is the best to prepare shipments and process invoices. I hope this location lasts longer

I originally wrote that this branch has been closed on numerous occasions when we went there while they were supposed to be open. It turns out that they have been open, but are now locking the bay doors only. We never checked the main door because there was no sign showing they were in fact open…which a nice gentleman called me to say they were rectifying today. I love how proactive this company is and will continue to worship the ground thru so business on. 😉

I have been dealing with chitchats for pass 3 yrs and I have to say, they have the best rate for US and Canada. Yes better than Canada post - faster delivery in US compare to within Canada or UK. Employees in Oshawa location are lovely to deal with especially the lady. She is really sweet and answers all the questions patiently. Return: once package was not picked up by customer on time from the mail box so it came back to the location properly/without damage after the required hold date.
