Feature Improvements
Improving your experience with Chit Chats is something we take seriously. Based on your feedback here are a few of our favorites from the past year:
- You now have the option to print your pdf postage label in either 4 x 6” and 8.5 x 11”
- Need to offer a return label to your customers? Easily print a return label from your Chit Chats account.
- New filtering options when importing shipments allows you to sort by name, country, province code, postage, package and value
- Save yourself extra clicks with the shipment flow improvements when editing shipments
- Scan a shipment or batch label with our new scanning feature currently in beta testing. If you’re interested in giving it a try, contact us today.
- Help improve delivery by adding a recipient email address to your shipment
- If you import shipments with our CSV template or store integration you can now ⭐bulk edit shipments⭐: All fields can be edited in bulk except for unit currency e.g. USD, CAD. Read more
Important Updates
- Add HS codes to your shipments to minimize delays.
- Currently HS codes are only mandatory for APO, military addresses and if shipping with USPS International postage.
- Knives can longer be shipped internationally as our partner carriers have informed us these type of products are not permitted as per TSA regulations. Find details on restricted & prohibited items here
