Since the launch of Chit Chats Insurance, we’ve been proud to keep our rates unchanged, ensuring you have access to affordable, low-cost protection for your shipments. However, as the cost of shipping and replacing goods has increased due to inflation, we must make a few adjustments to our insurance pricing—but with an exciting bonus: extended coverage!

Starting April 7, here’s what you can expect:

  • The same comprehensive coverage for your shipments, keeping you protected every step of the way.
  • Continued fast and hassle-free claims processing whenever you need it most, with no delays.
  • Expanded coverage limits–we’re increasing our maximum coverage from $300-$400 to up to $800 USD for both Canada and the U.S., providing even greater protection for those higher-value shipments.
