Service Updates
Chit Chats International Tracked
- Shipments sent via Chit Chats International Tracked are currently experiencing extended transit times due to our carrier’s recent switch to a new port. As a result, the delivery timeframe for this service has been temporarily extended to 27 business days.
Chit Chats SmartDrop
- We’re excited to announce the launch of Chit Chats SmartDrop! You can now drop off your consolidated Chit Chats shipments at over 2,500 Purolator locations across Canada. From there, your shipments will be transferred to the nearest Chit Chats regional hub for processing. This provides access to Chit Chats for Canadians countrywide!

Bug Fixes
- Resolved: An issue where some Chit Chats International Tracked postage was printing in incorrect formats, resulting in unscannable labels.
- Resolved: Some clients were experiencing duplicated orders being imported in from Etsy integrations.
- Resolved: An issue when purchasing CC U.S. Edge, USPS Priority, and USPS Media Mail was identified.
