New Features & Updates

Total Value

  • When manually entering a shipment, you’ll now see a column for the total value. This update eliminates the need to calculate the unit value when multiple identical products are included in a shipment!

Presets

  • We’ve improved the messaging for creating presets to clarify the differences between line item and shipment presets.

Chit Chats Pickups

  • We’ve listened to your feedback, and it’s now easier to check your eligibility for Chit Chats Pickups. We’ve added the service to various pages to increase visibility.

ShipStation

  • It is now possible to import orders that are older than 3 months old onto the Chit Chats platform from ShipStation, learn the steps here.

Shopify

  • If you would like to send out a partial order to your client, you are able to do it with the new feature ‘import partially fulfilled order!’ Refer to this article for more details.

Chit Chats Tracking Page

  • You can now track multiple shipments on our public Chit Chats tracking page. This feature helps your clients keep track of all their shipments from you all at once!

Dropdown Menus

  • We’ve improved the visibility of our dropdown menus to make them more accessible for people with visual impairments.

US Disposal Service Disclaimer

  • There is now a disclaimer for users who have selected the U.S. disposal service in their return settings. This disclaimer now appears above the section where the return label can be downloaded.

Service Updates

Chit Chats Tracking

  • We are aware of an issue with some US shipments not being updated in Chit Chats tracking. Please refer to the USPS tracking page for these shipments. If the USPS website is not working, please clear your cookies and refresh the page.

Atlantic Canada: TSA Restrictions

  • All shipments originating from Atlantic Canada must adhere to TSA restrictions, regardless of their destination, due to the method of transport. Read more here.

Chit Chats Collect

  • August 2 was the final day to purchase Chit Chats Collect postage, but stay tuned for more exciting updates and offerings coming soon!
