Family Day 2021 Holiday Hours

Review our hours of operation for Family Day 2021 which falls on Monday February 15 this year.

Make sure to also prepare your U.S. customers for potential delays to tracking as our partner carriers observe the U.S. holiday, Presidents Day.

February 15 is Family Day! And with our roots as a family-owned business, it’s a holiday that is important to all of us from coast to coast.

While most of our branches will close so everyone can spend quality time with their families, some of our branches will still offer special holiday hours. Find all the details below:

  • Regular pickup schedule

Processing Notes

  • All regions:
    • USPS & U.S. Tracked shipments received will be handed to USPS Sat, Feb 13
    • Canada Tracked shipments received will be processed Tue, Feb 16
  • Quebec: Asendia shipments received will be processed on Tue, Feb 16
  • Atlantic Canada: All shipments received will be processed TueFeb 16
