New Features and Updates

Download Statements

  • As tax season approaches, you have the option to download a pdf of your statements from within your Chit Chats account
  • This will include an account summary as well as your transaction history 
  • Statements are generated at the end of the month so current statements will not be available in PDF format until the following month

New Filters

  • If you ship a lot of shipments or you need to identify certain shipments you can now filter by postage type and status (i.e. unpaid, postage expired, incomplete, in transit) to make it easier to find specific types of shipments in your account

  • Remember to check your dashboard notifications for any important updates.

Service Updates

Chit Chats International Tracked

  • This postage does not include a return service. If you need the option of receiving your package back in the event it is undeliverable use a USPS international postage option instead.

U.S. Territories

  • Delivery times for Hawaii, Alaska & Guam have been updated to be inline with current transit times as these areas often take longer due to transportation methods used by our carriers
    • Hawaii 4-20 estimated business days
    • Alaska & Guam 4-15 estimated business days

WooCommerce

  • Our integration has been updated to allow HS codes and country of origin to be imported. Read more

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: Our postage partner resolved issue with purchasing USPS postage
