New Features & Updates

Sidebar Menu improvements

  • The sidebar menu now displays the Manufacturer Country for quick reference.

New Warning Messaging

  • If an HTS code requires a weight to be entered and you have not provided one, the platform will now flag the shipment to notify you about the missing information.

Service Updates

CUSMA Requirements

  • You will now only be able to take advantage of CUSMA if the approved product matches the manufacturer information declared on the CUSMA application when creating postage.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: A bug affecting Line-Item Automation and CUSMA has been corrected.
  • Resolved: Missing translations for error codes that appeared when clients had incorrect or incomplete shipment information.
