Importing orders with a CSV file

If there is an ecommerce platform that Chit Chats does not integrate with or you have more than one shipment to enter, a CSV file can help you easily create multiple shipments at once.

CSV is a file format for spreadsheets and stands for comma-separated values. By using a CSV file, you can import multiple shipments into your Chit Chats account, create shipments and edit them. Most marketplaces will allow you to export your orders into a CSV format.

Chit Chats provides sample CSV file templates for various platforms. Your CSV must match the formats we use to import successfully.
