New Features and Updates

Improvements to Selecting Canadian Postage

  • Selecting the best postage type for your shipment just go easier with the new streamlined look of our Postage step.
  • Click on a postage type to learn more about the option and provide additional details for a smooth delivery.

Privacy Policy Update

  • We’ve clarified how we handle personally identifiable information. Review the changes here.

Service Updates

Chit Chats Select

  • Chit Chats Return labels are now available for the Canadian shipments you send with Chit Chats Select!
  • If you’ve provided a recipient phone number, it will now appear on your label to help with its successful delivery.

Location and Branch Updates

  • We opened our seventh branch in Quebec: Île-Perrot!
  • Access our services at our new drop off locations:
    • Drummondville, QC
    • Peterborough, ON
    • Beloeil, QC

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: Address verification issue displaying invalid pickup locations for Chit Chats Collect
  • We’ve disabled the ability to request postage refunds for ineligible postage types.
  • Improved error messaging for selecting Chit Chats Collect postage via CSV import.
