New Features and Updates

Improved Notifications

  • We’ve improved the experience of reviewing and marking your account notifications as read.
  • Customize your notifications to get updates on your favourite branches

Other Improvements

  • Find details on fees for the return labels your customers use in the original shipment’s event history.
  • We’ve updated our drop spot locations pages to clarify our access fees.

Service Updates

New Postage Type Icons

  • Our postage types have a new look to help you sort out your shipments at a glance from your account

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue where customs limit for DDP postage types was not displayed
  • Resolved: Etsy connectivity issues
  • In progress: Issues with eBay shipments not receiving Chit Chats Select tracking updates. We are working to fix this bug as quickly as possible.
  • Identified: Issues with second address lines not being printed onto U.S. postage labels. We are currently working with our partner to resolve the issue.

Location and Branch Updates

  • Quebec city got its first branch with Chit Chats Sainte-Foy on March 13.
  • Our new BC drop spot, Intelcom Victoria opened on March 22!
