New Features & Updates
Power of Attorney (POA) Workflow
- The POA process is now fully digital. You can enter your information and sign electronically to complete the steps required to receive your U.S. returns.

Various Page Updates
- We’ve made some more changes to the About and FAQ pages to include details about SmartDrop and CARM requirements.
Return Label Download
- The Return label download link will no longer appear for return shipments, in order to prevent any confusion.
Credit Card Security
- Our credit card integration has been strengthened to reduce fraudulent activity. If multiple accounts are using the same credit card, the option to add credits or purchase postage may be restricted. Should this happen, please reach out to your local branch for assistance.

Service Updates
Potential Canada Post Strike
- CUPW members have voted against Canada Post’s latest offer and have requested that negotiations resume. We’ll continue to share updates on whether this may result in a strike.
Suspension of De Minimis Entry
- The U.S. administration has suspended de minimis entry into the United States. This means that all U.S.-bound shipments must now be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with taxes and duties paid in advance.
- To comply with these changes, all U.S. shipments must include:
- Manufacturer information
- An HTS code
- Country of Origin

U.S. Services
- We are currently not offering services to U.S. Amazon FBA warehouses.
- Chit Chats International Tracked no longer serves the U.S. as our partner has suspended service to the country.
- Tracked Packet USA and Expedited Parcel USA remain unavailable.

Bug Fixes
- Resolved: Chit Chats U.S. Select consignee names are now reduced to 35 characters to prevent postage purchase errors.
- Resolved: Shopify Integration orders are now correctly marked as fulfilled after postage is purchased.
- Resolved: An issue preventing SmartDrop label purchases has been resolved.
- Resolved: Chit Chats International Tracked labels now include shipment IDs and store information.
- Resolved: Corrected an issue that allowed clients to purchase U.S. DDP shipments containing items of Chinese origin without paying tariffs.
- Resolved: A Chit Chats Select postage purchase error was identified and resolved.
