We’re happy to announce that Chit Chats International Tracked has made a return to the U.S.! If you have difficulty in finding the manufacturer information for your products to ship to the U.S., Chit Chats International Tracked is an alternate DDP solution.

- a valid 10-digit HTS code on the US site
- country of origin for accurate tariff calculation
- Manufacturer information not required
- Ideal for those who sell collectibles, vintage items, and any other products where obtaining this information is difficult
- Delivery estimate to the U.S. is 6-10 business days.
CUSMA Items
This service does not process CUSMA eligible goods. To ship duty-free under CUSMA please use our DDP options with USPS.
Note: Available for clients located in Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. Coming soon for BC and Alberta clients.
Key features
- Supports U.S. territories and military addresses
- No return service: If your package is undeliverable, it will not be returned.
- Undeliverable packages are not eligible for refunds on postage, duties, taxes or tariffs.
- You are required to sign the CN22 form on the label
- For insurance purposes, these shipments are considered international shipments and do not follow the coverage limits of U.S. services.
- Restrictions:
- Maximum dimensions: L+W+H <300 cm, with the longest dimension cannot exceed 150 cm
- Minimum weight: 1 g
- Minimum dimensions: Each side must be at least 0.1 cm
