Service Updates
U.S. and International Services – Country of Origin (COO) & HTS Code Requirements
- The Presidential Action regarding tariffs affects shipments containing products originating from Canada, Mexico, China, and Hong Kong.
- As of early-February, you must declare the Country of Origin (COO) for all products in your shipment to determine whether tariffs may apply if they take effect. Additionally, shipments containing products with a COO of China or Hong Kong will require a 10-digit HTS code.
- For the latest updates on these tariff changes, please visit our blog.
Tracked Packet USA
- In anticipation of the tariffs, we’ve introduced a new U.S. shipping option: Tracked Packet USA. This is a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) service, meaning any applicable duties will be the recipient’s responsibility.
