New Features & Updates

Improved Autocompletion

  • We enhanced our dropdown menu for selecting countries and states/provinces (US & CA only). To make it easier, the country or state/province will auto-populate as you input the address information.

Improved file exports

  • Exported files will now always be downloaded rather than be opened in a new tab.
  • You will receive a dashboard notification when the download is complete. 

Improved Client IDs

  • For easier access, find your Client ID right below your name once you log into your Chit Chats account.
  • If you submit a support ticket, your Client ID, email address, and name will be automatically updated into the respective fields.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: The link for our Referral Program was temporarily unavailable.
  • Resolved: We corrected an issue that prevented certain US-bound shipments from displaying their value in USD.
  • Resolved: A problem in which US Select postage was displayed for ineligible shipments was corrected.

Reminders

  • Chit Chats will never request sensitive information, such as your Social Insurance Number or credit card information over a text or email. Please remain vigilant for scams and suspicious activities, and report them immediately.
