It\u2019s the perfect moment to spotlight your bestsellers\u2014when shoppers are most engaged and eager for shipment updates. This personalized tool helps small businesses like yours turn everyday shipment tracking into a smart marketing opportunity, driving traffic to your store and increasing the likelihood of repeat purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where to start?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To gain access to this feature, simply reach out to your local branch or contact our client support team at support@chitchats.com<\/a> with your client id<\/a>. Once the feature is enabled on your Chit Chats account, you can follow the steps below to activate the feature and start showcasing your products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I access this feature?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Once you\u2019ve been granted access to the feature, a Tracking<\/strong> section will appear in your Settings page<\/a>. Click for a step-by-step guide.<\/em><\/strong><\/summary>\n

1. On the Tracking Settings Page<\/strong>, you can add products by clicking the appropriate Add Branding <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. You\u2019ll be prompted to fill in the relevant product details. You can feature up to three products<\/strong> to appear on the tracking pages of your shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: There are dimensional and file size restrictions for images<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. After adding your products, you\u2019ll see them listed on the Tracking Page settings along with a preview of how they\u2019ll appear to your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
