At a Chit Chats Branch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re near a Chit Chats branch<\/strong><\/a>, simply drop off your package(s) at the designated Drop & Go<\/strong> area. Our branches are staffed with knowledgeable Chit Chats employees who are available to assist with any questions about our services or shipments. In addition, you can easily pick up your supply orders and return shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember to arrive with your shipments prepared for their journey. If you need assistance getting your shipment ready to ship, like label printing, our team will do their best to help but they may not always be able to accommodate these requests and these additional services may incur extra fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a Chit Chats Drop Spot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re closer to a Chit Chats drop spot<\/strong><\/a>, you\u2019ll need to drop off your shipments pre-labeled and <\/strong>consolidated<\/strong><\/a>, as there are no Chit Chats employees on-site. Drop spots are third-party businesses that accept Chit Chats packages, which we then transport to our facilities for processing. Drop spots are generally free to use with few exceptions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chit Chats SmartDrop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are not located near any Chit Chats branch or Drop spot, you can easily drop off your consolidated packages at at one of the 2500+ Purolator locations with Chit Chats SmartDrop. You can easily create a SmartDrop label right from your account for your consolidated shipments and then drop off at a Purolator location. Learn how this service works here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chit Chats Pickups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your business is located within our coverage zones in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, or Quebec, you may qualify for Chit Chats Pickups. To use this service, you’ll need to pre-label your shipments and consolidate<\/a> them into larger bags or boxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0fChit Chats Pickups are not offered in Atlantic Canada, Alberta, and British Columbia for the moment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Chit Chats driver will come directly to your location to collect your packages and deliver them to a Chit Chats branch for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third-party Pickups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you do not qualify for Chit Chats Pickups or are outside a coverage zone, you can still arrange for your shipments to be picked up and delivered to a Chit Chats location using a third-party service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In your Chit Chats account, you can directly schedule a Canpar pickup via the \u201cSchedule a Pickup\u201d tab in the left menu bar.
