After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to restructure our operations which will result in closing some of our branches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As business owners yourselves, you know just how tough a decision this is. It was made especially difficult knowing the impact it would have on you, our clients, and your customers. We recognize that this news is disappointing but we want to reassure you our team is available to provide you support through this transition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to share that these changes are part of a larger plan to invest in the long-term sustainability of serving you and your customers. We strongly believe that challenges also present opportunities for growth and innovation. So even as we optimize our network, we are dedicated to enhancing our services to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our commitment to providing you exceptional service remains a priority and we are grateful for your continued trust and support.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin Ham, CEO Chit Chats&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Branches Closing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/chitchats.com\/en\/locations\/kitchener\">Kitchener<\/a> branches will close on Mon, Apr 29. This will be the last day shipments can be dropped off at this location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/chitchats.com\/en\/locations\/london\">London<\/a> branch will close on Tue, Apr 30. This will be the last day shipments can be dropped off at London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following branches will close on Wed, May 15. This is the last day shipments can be dropped off at any of these locations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/chitchats.com\/en\/locations\/hamilton\">Hamilton<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/chitchats.com\/en\/locations\/brampton-br\">Brampton<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/chitchats.com\/en\/locations\/ottawa-west\">Ottawa West<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While these locations may be closing, we are committed to continuing our services through alternative options that may work for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mail in shipments to our Burlington hub branch. We\u2019ve partnered with Canpar to provide discounted rates to get your shipments picked up and delivered to our Burlington hub branch. <a
