UPDATE: Internet has been restored as of January 17, 2020. Shipment scans will be now be available upon receipt at USPS. Shipments already inducted at USPS will continue to transit as normal.
Our partner carrier, USPS has informed us of an internet issue impacting U.S. shipments from the Quebec region. The USPS Post Office that receives these shipments has been experiencing internet outages as of January 14, 2020.
USPS has confirmed that they are scanning and processing all shipments as normal. However, due to the internet issue scans may be unavailable through their tracking system. This could mean delays in initial tracking updates until the issue can be resolved. We recommend that you advise your customers accordingly.
USPS apologizes for the inconvenience and assures that delivery times will not be impacted. Their technical support team is currently investigating the issue.
