Chit Chats Collect empowers sellers to ship packages cost-effectively and their buyers can pick up these packages from any of our 39 Chit Chats branches across the country.
This means greater savings on Canada-wide shipping compared to our more traditional service rates.
This is all made possible with recipients picking up their packages from a Chit Chats branch, as opposed to having them delivered directly to their homes.
Eligible shipments include ones that weigh up to 11 pounds, and where the recipient’s address is within 12 km of a Chit Chats branch. Postage cost is determined by weight, dimensions, and destination.
Check with the ecommerce platform(s) you sell on to ensure Chit Chats Collect is suitable for your shipments. Some platforms, for example, eBay, require sellers to ship items directly to their buyers’ homes.
