Over the last few years, our team has worked diligently to offer our clients seamless integrations with popular ecommerce platforms so that you can streamline your shipping. However, recent updates to Amazon’s Seller Central have caused a growing number of connectivity and functionality issues for our integration. Due to this, our platform may no longer be compatible with upcoming Amazon changes. We will be unable to continue support for this integration beyond Sunday, July 31.
We expect that a majority of users will lose access to or functionality of the Chit Chats Amazon integration beyond this date. This could include connecting new Amazon stores, importing shipments and sending tracking for orders.
We know that many Chit Chats clients depend on our Amazon integration to quickly fulfill their orders, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption to your workflow. We are exploring alternative options for our clients who sell on Amazon and we will keep you updated on the latest integration information as it becomes available.
Even so, it will still be possible to send your Amazon shipments (including FBA) with Chit Chats beyond July 31. In place of our Amazon integration, we recommend using the Chit Chats CSV template. This feature will allow you to import multiple orders from Amazon at one time.
Using the Chit Chats CSV for you Amazon Shipments
- To get started, export your orders from your Amazon account and download a copy of the Chit Chats CSV template.
- Carefully transfer over the shipment details from your Amazon export to the Chit Chats CSV. Double-check that you have formatted the cells correctly before you import them to your Chit Chats account.
- Lastly, make any final edits or apply a preset before you create and purchase postage for your Amazon orders.
Please check out our support article for more details on how to use the Chit Chats CSV.
