Retiring UPS and FedEx Services

To serve all clients with the best postage prices possible we have made the decision to retire cross-border services for UPS and FedEx postage. The last day to drop off shipments for these legacy services will be September 30.

Our focus is to provide the best postage options at a low price for as many Canadian businesses as possible. This past year we heavily invested in expanding and increasing access points for the many entrepreneurs that call Canada home. But this means that we have also had to make some difficult decisions about our service offerings. 

We have slowly been phasing out third-party postage for grandfathered accounts. After another careful review of our current offerings, we will retire UPS and FedEx services completely by September 30, 2021*. While this isn’t an easy decision, we are excited about what lies ahead. This change will help us to streamline our services and operations so that we can continue to offer the best low-cost shipping options to help your business succeed.  

Our platform is designed to offer Canadian shippers access to many competitive postage rates and services. Fully tracked and insurable postage options are available from your account with no need to upload tracking numbers. We also provide time-saving features like store integrations, bulk editing and shipping presets.

While we understand that this may not suit all business needs, our commitment remains to provide our clients with postage options that will grow your business and allow you to scale.
