As many of you may have already seen, UPS Mail Innovations and Asendia shipments had postage adjustments applied to your accounts last night. These were part of the postage adjustments that were passed on directly from these carriers to us. Some shipments received positive or negative adjustments based on what the carriers passed on to us.
A number of these postage adjustments have been disputed and put under investigation. We are speaking directly with the carriers and investigating this further. We have decided to roll back all of the UPS Mail Innovations and Asendia adjustments that were done last night until we have come to a full resolution with these carriers. We will update all our clients once these investigations are resolved.
