Updated January 13, 2021
On Tuesday, January 12, the Government of Ontario declared a second state of emergency in response to the escalating COVID-19 crisis. There are new stay-at-home orders effective Thursday, January 14 requiring all residents to limit outings to essential purposes only. In addition, the province announced further restrictions concerning operating hours for non-essential businesses.
As an essential business, Chit Chats locations will remain open with our current hours of operation.
Additionally, this new state of emergency introduces fines for individuals who do not comply with rules for masks or face coverings while in indoor public spaces. We would like to remind all clients that masks are mandatory at all times when visiting any Chit Chats location.
