Introducing Chit Chats U.S. Tracked Postage

We strive to make shipping as simple and painless as possible. Based on the feedback we received, we want to simplify your experience and continue to offer the same service level that is fully tracked and low-cost. We are happy to announce our new U.S. Tracked service.

Like our Canada Tracked service, Chit Chats U.S. Tracked service utilizes our partner carriers for final delivery to your customers in the U.S.

We leverage our partnerships with carriers to process your shipments efficiently and our partner carrier will complete the last mile delivery to your customers. USPS is our partner carrier for this service.

Chit Chats U.S. Tracked

We want to take the guesswork out of which option to use. Once you enter a U.S. destination where the selected package type is either ‘thick envelope’ or ‘parcel’ you will see the postage type as Chit Chats U.S. Tracked.

How to Use Chit Chats U.S. Tracked Postage

To use this simplified service, create a shipment as you normally would. On the “Postage” step if the shipment is eligible there will be an option to select Chit Chats U.S. Tracked.

If you import your shipments or use our API, make sure you indicate chit_chats_us_tracked in the postage_type field.
