New Features and Updates

Alberta & British Columbia Supplies Site

  • Order from our newest supplies sites beginning Tue Aug 2 and save on shipping essentials
  • Plus pick them up from your home branch or have them delivered straight to you!

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved: Messaging has been added to help clients troubleshoot for when postage rates are not being shown.
  • Resolved: Clients experienced a temporary issuing purchasing Chit Chats US Economy Tracked

  • Amazon Integration Support Ending
    • Due to a compatibility issue, we will be unable to continue support for our integration with Amazon.
    • We expect that a majority of users will lose access to or functionality of the Chit Chats Amazon integration beyond Sun July, 31
  • Update to Ottawa Processing Timeline
    • We’ve made updates to our Ottawa processing timelines to better serve our clients
    • As of Thu, July 21 Ottawa clients can expect to see regular estimated transit times of 2-6 business days for all U.S Tracked shipments.
