Based on your feedback, we are happy to announce that carrier tracking numbers for our Canada Tracked Service are now immediately available!
Previously, carrier tracking numbers for our Canada Tracked service were uploaded to your account within one to two business days. Now you’ll be able to share the carrier tracking number with your customers as soon as you buy postage for this service.
Tracking updates will remain the same which means that updates to the tracking will happen once the shipment reaches the province of destination.
Reminder: Any postage refunds for Canada Tracked shipments must be initiated within seven days of creating postage. It can take up to 20 business days for the carrier, Canada Post, to refund postage. This is because the carrier verifies if the postage has been used. You can check the status of postage refunds by clicking on the tracking history for the shipment.
