Canada Post, our partner carrier for our Canada Tracked service anticipates higher than normal peak season volumes this year.
As the pandemic continues to bring unprecedented shipment numbers and with strict COVID-19 safety measures in place, Canada Post is expecting delays in the coming months. In order to ease the strain on their network, they have temporarily placed a volume cap with their shipping partners to limit package volumes until the New Year.
We are doing our best to find additional solutions but we cannot guarantee that an alternative will be available. Keep in mind that as Canada Post braces for the increase in holiday shipping, they will also be observing COVID-19 safety protocols. For this reason, we encourage all our clients to ship any Canada Tracked packages as early as possible.
Due to Canada Post’s limited volume capacity mandate, we anticipate delays. However, the best way to minimize these delays is to ship early. We recommend that you ship no later than the dates outlined below. Please keep in mind that Canada Post has removed any service guarantees and delivery times are always estimated.
